Cambridge Wildlife

About

My name is Ionathan and I am 13 years old. I live in Cambridge, a city with more wildlife than you would expect. The problem is that not enough people know about the extraordinary wildlife that can be found metres from their doorsteps. It can feel very tricky to find out and help wildlife here, especially when there are very few user-friendly websites around based solely on wildlife. I am very interested in wildlife, and now I want to help others find out about it too. This is harder than you would expect. I can't approach a complete stranger, and then try to teach them about solitary wasps. I want this website to be a user-friendly guide to the wildlife of Cambridge. It, once completed, will cover all aspects of our local wildlife from species to threats.

Just to be crystal clear, I have tried to be politically neutral, but, if a decision by an MP, the government or a particular person impacts wildlife negatively, I might criticise it.
